The flavor was as close to carbonated apple juice as possible. Limited food menu at the moment due to COVID but everything we tried was delicious. As I sipped from the glass, I was greeted with a subtle sweetness, rolling into a dryness that moved further and further back on the tongue. Bold Rock is my go to cider at the grocery store and visiting the cidery in Nellysford was a real treat. The apple roast chicken is a recipe that weve been testing for over a year.
